The Record of Warning
(A Proclamation to the World)
For what purpose do the Gods in the heavens grant unto the children of men, knowledge concerning things to come?
The answer is that those that believe can prepare for what is coming.
As we study Holy writ, we can learn that the Lord does not perform his works unto the children in this world until he reveals it to his prophets and to the world.
"Surely the Lord God will do nothing, until he revealeth the secret unto his servants the prophets." (JST Amos 3:7)
"And after your testimony cometh wrath and indignation upon the people." (D&C 88:88)
"Yea, and I will suffer even until death, and I will not recall my words, and they shall stand as a testimony against you. And if ye slay me ye will shed innocent blood, and this shall also stand as a testimony against you at the last day." (Mosiah 17:10)
With an understanding that both activities must be fulfilled in order for the earth to be prepared for what the heavenly directors want to occur so have they revealed it unto me John Michael Fletcher.
For which in the late 1970's I began to learn of the teachings that the Gods had given to the children of men.
In the mid 1980's I was then given commandments through visions, dreams, and revelations to commence gathering the information of the last days.
The first draft was completed in the year of 1988, and a copy of it was given with the title Millennial Dawn to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on August 19, 1988.
Continuation of the project in refining the work, and of taking out any incorrections have continued through that of the past years.
Two other rewrites were given to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints under the titles of The Witness and The Record of Warning.
This final title, The Record of Warning is the completion of the book, and stands as the testimony to the world.
It was commanded of the Lord on the 19th of January in the 1841st year of the Lord that such a document was to be written.
"Your prayers are acceptable before me; and in answer to them I say unto you, that you are now called immediately to make a solemn proclamation of my gospel, and of this stake which I have planted to be a cornerstone of Zion, which shall be polished with the refinement which is after the similitude of a palace.
"This proclamation shall be made to all the kings of the world, to the four corners thereof, to the honorable president?elect, and the high?minded governors of the nation in which you live, and to all the nations of the earth scattered abroad.
"Let it be written in the spirit of meekness and by the power of the Holy Ghost, which shall be in you at the time of the writing of the same;
"For it shall be given you by the Holy Ghost to know my will concerning those kings and authorities, even what shall befall them in a time to come.
"For, behold, I am about to call upon them to give heed to the light and glory of Zion, for the set time has come to favor her.
"Call ye, therefore, upon them with loud proclamation, and with your testimony, fearing them not, for they are as grass, and all their glory as the flower thereof which soon falleth, that they may be left also without excuse-
"And that I may visit them in the day of visitation, when I shall unveil the face of my covering, to appoint the portion of the oppressor among hypocrites, where there is gnashing of teeth, if they reject my servants and my testimony which I have revealed unto them." (D&C 124:2-8)
According to these words of the Lord through the prophet Joseph Smith a proclamation was to be written to the world warning of those things that were to come to past.
Thus I have obeyed the commandment that was given of the Father, to see that the proclamation was prepared refined and made available unto this generation.
The warning voice is thus being given unto this generation, even as was promised to be done.
"And the voice of warning shall be unto all people, by the mouths of my disciples, whom I have chosen in these last days.
"And they shall go forth and none shall stay them, for I the Lord have commanded them." (D&C 1:4-5)
"And let your preaching be the warning voice, every man to his neighbor, in mildness and in meekness.
"And go ye out from among the wicked. Save yourselves. Be ye clean that bear the vessels of the Lord. Even so. Amen." (D&C 38:41-42)
For I reveal that soon the desolation as promised would be given unto this world will occur.
"Wherefore the decree hath gone forth from the Father that they shall be gathered in unto one place upon the face of this land, to prepare their hearts and be prepared in all things against the day when tribulation and desolation are sent forth upon the wicked." (D&C 29:8)
"But without faith shall not anything be shown forth except desolations upon Babylon, the same which has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication." (D&C 35:11)
"But, verily I say unto you, that desolation shall come upon this generation as a thief in the night, and this people shall be destroyed and scattered among all nations." (D&C 45:19)
"And that every man should take righteousness in his hands and faithfulness upon his loins, and lift a warning voice unto the inhabitants of the earth; and declare both by word and by flight that desolation shall come upon the wicked." (D&C 63:37)
"Behold, I sent you out to testify and warn the people, and it becometh every man who hath been warned to warn his neighbor.
"Therefore, they are left without excuse, and their sins are upon their own heads.
"He that seeketh me early shall find me, and shall not be forsaken.
"Therefore, tarry ye, and labor diligently, that you may be perfected in your ministry to go forth among the Gentiles for the last time, as many as the mouth of the Lord shall name, to bind up the law and seal up the testimony, and to prepare the saints for the hour of judgment which is to come;
"That their souls may escape the wrath of God, the desolation of abomination which awaits the wicked, both in this world and in the world to come. Verily, I say unto you, let those who are not the first elders continue in the vineyard until the mouth of the Lord shall call them, for their time is not yet come; their garments are not clean from the blood of this generation." (D&C 88:81-85)
"For the time soon cometh that the fulness of the wrath of God shall be poured out upon all the children of men; for he will not suffer that the wicked shall destroy the righteous.
"Wherefore, he will preserve the righteous by his power, even if it so be that the fulness of his wrath must come, and the righteous be preserved, even unto the destruction of their enemies by fire. Wherefore, the righteous need not fear; for thus saith the prophet, they shall be saved, even if it so be as by fire.
"Behold, my brethren, I say unto you, that these things must shortly come; yea, even blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke must come; and it must needs be upon the face of this earth; and it cometh unto men according to the flesh if it so be that they will harden their hearts against the Holy One of Israel.
"For behold, the righteous shall not perish; for the time surely must come that all they who fight against Zion shall be cut off." (1 Nephi 22:16-19)
That these desolations will cause the world to be engulfed in chaos, even to where the wicked will seek to take advantage, yea to war and to be filled with mobocracy and strife.
"Ye hear of wars in far countries, and you say that there will soon be great wars in far countries, but ye know not the hearts of men in your own land.
"I tell you these things because of your prayers; wherefore, treasure up wisdom in your bosoms, lest the wickedness of men reveal these things unto you by their wickedness, in a manner which shall speak in your ears with a voice louder than that which shall shake the earth; but if ye are prepared ye shall not fear.
"And that ye might escape the power of the enemy, and be gathered unto me a righteous people, without spot and blameless?" (D&C 38:29-31)
"And now, behold, I say unto you, it shall not be given unto you to know any further concerning this chapter, until the New Testament be translated, and in it all these things shall be made known;
"Wherefore I give unto you that ye may now translate it, that ye may be prepared for the things to come.
"For verily I say unto you, that great things await you;
"Ye hear of wars in foreign lands; but, behold, I say unto you, they are nigh, even at your doors, and not many years hence ye shall hear of wars in your own lands." (D&C 45:60-63)
"Of things both in heaven and in the earth, and under the earth; things which have been, things which are, things which must shortly come to pass; things which are at home, things which are abroad; the wars and the perplexities of the nations, and the judgments which are on the land; and a knowledge also of countries and of kingdoms-" (D&C 88:79)
For this reason hath the Lord revealed of these things to come, that the remnants of the people that desire to believe can prepare for those things to come.
"Prepare ye, prepare ye for that which is to come, for the Lord is nigh;
"And the anger of the Lord is kindled, and his sword is bathed in heaven, and it shall fall upon the inhabitants of the earth." (D&C 1:12-13)
"Wherefore the decree hath gone forth from the Father that they shall be gathered in unto one place upon the face of this land, to prepare their hearts and be prepared in all things against the day when tribulation and desolation are sent forth upon the wicked.
"For the hour is nigh and the day soon at hand when the earth is ripe; and all the proud and they that do wickedly shall be as stubble; and I will burn them up, saith the Lord of Hosts, that wickedness shall not be upon the earth;" (D&C 29:8-9)
"Zion shall not be moved out of her place, notwithstanding her children are scattered.
"They that remain, and are pure in heart, shall return, and come to their inheritances, they and their children, with songs of everlasting joy, to build up the waste places of Zion?
"And all these things that the prophets might be fulfilled.
"And, behold, there is none other place appointed than that which I have appointed; neither shall there be any other place appointed than that which I have appointed, for the work of the gathering of my saints?
"Until the day cometh when there is found no more room for them; and then I have other places which I will appoint unto them, and they shall be called stakes, for the curtains or the strength of Zion.
"Behold, it is my will, that all they who call on my name, and worship me according to mine everlasting gospel, should gather together, and stand in holy places;
"And prepare for the revelation which is to come, when the veil of the covering of my temple, in my tabernacle, which hideth the earth, shall be taken off, and all flesh shall see me together.
"And every corruptible thing, both of man, or of the beasts of the field, or of the fowls of the heavens, or of the fish of the sea, that dwells upon all the face of the earth, shall be consumed;
"And also that of element shall melt with fervent heat; and all things shall become new, that my knowledge and glory may dwell upon all the earth." (D&C 101:17-25)
The Record of Warning is for the purpose of granting an overview of the words of the Lord through the prophets since the world began of the last days.
As well it reveals a basic format of the Lords dealings with those upon the earth, along with the major doctrines to be introduced. It is not the fullness of all things, but a catalyst in which those that seek the truth can commence to know the way and where to seek it out.
Evenso it is given unto thee to know that the day of desolations hath come.
"To lift up your voice as with the sound of a trump, both long and loud, and cry repentance unto a crooked and perverse generation, preparing the way of the Lord for his second coming.
"For behold, verily, verily, I say unto you, the time is soon at hand that I shall come in a cloud with power and great glory. And it shall be a great day at the time of my coming, for all nations shall tremble.
"But before that great day shall come, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon be turned into blood; and the stars shall refuse their shining, and some shall fall, and great destructions await the wicked.
"Wherefore, lift up your voice and spare not, for the Lord God hath spoken; therefore prophesy, and it shall be given by the power of the Holy Ghost." (D&C 34:6-10)

Thus do I reveal that the day hath come.
